Low fidelity wireframes (Paper sketches)
For the onboarding, a login and account set up method had to be decided on which would be easy as well as seeming safe while catering to a variety of users. Since a major concern for the users while using mental health related services is privacy, the terms and conditions and privacy policy has to be primarily visible.
For the home page, customization was considered so that the users can pin their favorite quotes and affirmations, feeling a sense of control and attachment.
The search button was located on the home page itself but later went through some changes in the final design.
High fidelity wireframes
In a mental wellness app, privacy of information is one of the top most concern of users, so the privacy policy as well as terms and conditions are placed before the login process for reading and agreeing to.
To make the login and sign up process easier and convenient for various users, we added a variety of login methods.
One click log-in method by using Google, face-book or apple Id are available for a password free process.
📌 The Home page contains a greeting for the users and a helpline number on top for emergencies.
The design is made as minimalistic as possible as the users described a clutter free interface as a favorable experience when they are feeling overwhelmed.
A search option is available with categories of various tools through which the users can navigate and also search for what they want resulting in quicker actions and lesser session length.
The mood tracker contains a bunch of questions for the users to understand what and why they are feeling so.
Mood tracked will be visible on this page with the day and time so that the users can go back and see their mood history.
For efficient use and understanding how it is beneficial for the users a small guide is given on my mood section.
The mood assessment appears as we click on the mood tracker, where user needs to answer a bunch of questions, which will hence track the user’s mood.

Colors
Dark jungle green is used as the main color paired alongside with neutrals like white and gray and pastels to bring out the happy vibes. The color palette provides a sense of calmness and freeness, needed by the users.
Typography
I selected Work sans as the font for this project to prioritize clarity, legibility, and hierarchy across different sections of the interface. This continues in along the lines of a welcoming and calming feel which I aimed to provide throughout the app.
